Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Packaging: All artworks and masks are carefully packaged to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us at returns@morrisharrisarts.com with your order number.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement when contacting us.
Non‑Returnable Items: Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.
