In no event shall Morris Harris Arts be held liable for damages exceeding the value of the purchased artwork. Morris Harris Arts shall not be responsible for damages caused during delivery. If liability is established, compensation shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid for the goods.
2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York, and may not be brought in any other jurisdiction. Compensation awarded in any dispute shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the value of the goods purchased.
3. Data Deletion and Privacy
Morris Harris Arts does not share customer data with third parties, except payment processors necessary to complete transactions. We are not liable for damages or issues caused by such third parties. Customer data is erased within thirty (30) days of collection, except where retention is required by law.
